Lets just put it that way, the gentlemen were so nice and worked together like gears in a clock to make my carpet fabulous again just look at my kids’ room now and they’re prices were almost half of what a major carpet cleaning company came in here and tried to charge me. Even though I was moving 4 days later they arranged for my sofa to be cleaned. No job too small and they are all about serving the customer. Rates were reasonable and the service excellent! Larry the technician who came to do the job was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk with. My sofa looks brand new and that is because Larry did an excellent job! My family room carpet gets high traffic including dogs. I never expect perfection since it’s white but James went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. It has not looked this good since it was new. I have had other cleaners before but always disappointed. Highly recommend!
